This bag is the ultimate go-to, do-anywhere, and to-choose of all the bags I've had or tried. Really good. I actually thought I was going to try this bag and it was a bag I was going to try and decided it was too big.

In all the other Mystery Ranch bags, I untied the knots on each bird's cord, cut off the metal tabs, and put the cord back on.

The bag didn't work here, but he had a hard time untying the slightly melted knots. So I bought a brown paracord and replaced everything with it. But you may notice that some parts of the code are orange. As I've seen in a few other bags, I like the contrast tone of the imperial vibe, so I went with it. You'll also notice that some images have more orange grass than others. I changed it to a more golden color because I liked the way it looked.

I used spontaneous straps to manage the mystery of the velcro straps. The advantage of these is that they are easy to take off the ground and with little difficulty, and you can add them anywhere. The downside is that it doesn't look as clean as the elastic management sponge.

Others have seen this bag for EDC, George Defined has a good video of it here, and I agree with him. So I will let you in there.

My thoughts: It's too big. If EDC is your primary use case for this bag and travel/outdoors is secondary, we recommend using it on a 2-day basis. The Day 2 is cheaper, about the same size, and offers an external laptop compartment, which makes it even better. That said, a 3-day is much better than a 2-day, and if size is not a concern, a 3-day is a better bag. 3 over 2nd, but consider 3 as a backup EDC bag.

Part of my test bag (for a backpack) is to see how well it holds up to weight, so I usually carry a backpack at least once during my workout. The trial lasted three days. I just took this bag on a week long family trip and was looking to use it as a gym bag as well. It's a fantastic looking bag. I loaded it at 30 pounds dry and a little over 35 pounds full, and had no problems at all.

To this end, the bag is very comfortable to carry and the deployable hipbelt stabilizes the load comfortably and can also support some weight. Carrying the Mystery Village bag in a backpack is a different experience than a GORUCK bag. That which is nearer to the middle of the low, than the highest weight. Finally, all the works are immediately used to it.

In a backpack, this option is very strong, but requires some precision to obtain the weight. I placed a standard twenty pound burp wrapped in a beach towel in the laptop compartment, and used compression straps on the outside of the bag to push the towel down onto the plate so it wouldn't jump into the laptop compartment. I then used a 10lbs Rucking Sandbag and placed it over the bag with a towel. The end result was that the bag looked quite full, but the weight was secure and applied to my back.

For hiking, this bag would be great. I haven't had a chance to try it, but here are a few things about the bags that I think will come in handy for overnight hikes.

The only problem is the capacity is about 33.8L. It's pretty small and you need to be a light pack to use it. I've never heard of it, but a similar but taller Terraframe 50 is made for hiking with a cheaper, thicker hip belt. So I would say this is a great bag for the occasional hiker. Or if you're walking on a day with people who don't want to carry their bags (eg with their wives), the opportunity would be ideal. He likes to be otherwise dedicated.

It is this bag. That's all. If you're going to go with one bag after bag for a period of time, this bag will check all the pockets. The load is not a problem to be able to handle the weight. It has a large laptop compartment.

Compression straps and smart pockets on the tops allow for easy access and modular organization of the bag. It is not an imperial bag, but it is as durable as other imperial bags. It's not a box that you carry in the back, but it feels nimble to carry around even fully loaded.

Let it be a whole lot of fun ahead. They are also welcome as ASAP. The 3DAP has two large interior pockets that are open at the top and sit on the front of the bag. Unlike ASAP, these are not overbearing and useful for packaging. I found that my pants from one and the DOPP kit from the other fit perfectly. I will make it easy for both of them when I catch it, and I will charge the others with ex.

I stopped one suitcase, but this one will push me back into it. I love everything about this bag for travel and have nothing to complain about. It is fiercely expensive, but he does not regret it.

Basically this bag

Other Mystery Ranch bags I've reviewed: ASAP, Front, and 2 Day Assault - usually the larger, USA-made 2 Day Assault versions (29 liters for 2 days, 33 liters for 3 days). There are small changes here and there, but that's why they don't jump out. No great consequence.

I have been asked for a long time. If you could only pick one bag, which one would you prefer? And since my GR1 bag is used and sample sizes, it has always been difficult. But packing is tight for some trips. While the GR2 34L appears to have been a successful trade, the box is always on your back

With great difficulty Few other bags are considered for this role because they have too many compartments to carry weight well or be versatile.

If you choose only one bag and throw away the rest, here's 3 days of 150 INJURY for you.

And don't worry too much. Yes, it would be great for EDC, but people carry bigger bags and the compression straps work well enough that it's not a big deal.

Any pair can be toned by adding a custom Beavertail. Beavertail can be 'fun' with a silly camo pattern telling everyone not to take you seriously. Also the field of stay is quite high in the bag which is not very noticeable compared to other bags.

It's the most versatile of all the backpacks I've had, so this ranking is rough in a few categories;

I know many people use bags to carry groceries around the house. I've never done this before, but I'm doing this very well, as it's a fantastic tri-rar setup. I can't think of a use where the bag would be bad.

This is my pitch for this bag. One of the best backpacks I have reviewed on this site. Yes, 33.8L is plenty. However, many people think that the 33L is the right size for EDC.

There are better things about this bag, but not many. It has a padded, padded seat that can be fully folded and unfolded into a carrying bag. It's a fantastic mystery village yoke system that makes the bag fit your body like a ball. It has a tri-rar, one of the first open systems on the market. It has a lot of touch points, but it's restrained enough that you don't have to worry about standing out as "tacticool" in the crowd.

The only thing that makes this bag better for me: you can remove the water bottle pocket (I don't usually like it) and add external laptop access.
